Good nutrition lies at the core of optimal health. I am passionate about assisting people reach their health goals through nutritional medicine. From wanting more energy, to reaching a desired weight, suffering with allergies or intolerances or feelings of anxiety and/or depression, digestive complaints or wanting to alleviate a chronic illness or condition, my nutrition program will make it simple.

 

Prior to your initial consultation you will be emailed a health questionnaire and 3 day diet diary to complete and return at least 4 days prior to your initial appointment. This is designed to save time during the consultation, allowing us to focus on the reasons you have come to see me in greater detail.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

90 minutes $150 incl. GST
 
  • Discussion of health questionnaire (fulfilled prior to first appointment).

  • An analysis of current nutritional intake from diet diary

  • Collection of any additional information on medical and health history.

  • Go through a comprehensive appraisal of your current health status, symptoms, dietary habits and a discussion of your goals.

  • Look at any required diagnostic testing and/or physical assessment.  You may be referred for relevant biochemical tests between the first and second appointments.  

  • Learn how to address specific nutritional imbalances/requirements and why certain foods can be beneficial or harmful to your current health status.

Follow Up Nutrition Consultations

60 minutes $110 incl. GST

 
  • Discussion of the progress you are making and any health advances that have occurred.

  • Discussion of any test results received.

  • A comprehensive review of your individualised treatment plan.

A Healthy Pantry Makeover

60 minutes $90 incl. GST

 

The simplest way to initiate change into your cooking routine and make nutritious healthful cooking a breeze is to have the right items on hand.  In a Healthy Pantry Makeover, you will learn what nutrient dense foods to put in your pantry/fridge, where you should keep them and how to read food labels.  Giving your pantry a healthy makeover will save you time, frustration and leave you inspired to whip up quick, nutritious and delicious meals.  Meal ideas, planning and recipes are included.

Nutritional Health Coaching

60 minutes $110 incl. GST

 

These sessions are designed for people who want to make overall improvements to their health and nutritional knowledge.  Coaching is individualised to suit your requirements.  Areas covered can include;

  • Knowledge of how and where to source the best ingredients that are local, in season, sustainable and environmentally friendly. Organic versus non-organic food sources.

  • Education on nutritionally balanced dietary practices including a review of current dietary trends such as Paleo, etc.

  • Education and understanding of food labelling to assist in making more informed choices about the food you eat and make shopping for healthy food a whole lot easier.

  • Learning about the healthiest cooking techniques & food preparation methods.

  • Relaxation techniques & lifestyle advice.

  • Instruction on how to create healthy, nutritionally balanced weekly meal plans & shopping lists. Including healthy snack and meal options.

  • Information on how to create a toxic free home space including advice on home and personal care products.

  • Ideas for how to incorporate exercise and movement into a busy lifestyl

Group sessions are available at discounted rates depending on the number of attendees.

3 Step Health Coaching

During your three part consultation, I will guide you through assessing and improving your nutritional intake and make it easier to implement change into your daily lifestyle.

This is designed to save time during the consultation, allowing us to focus on the reasons you have come to see me in greater detail.

WEEK 1

Scope & Plan

90 minutes $135 incl. GST

 

One-On-One Health Assessment:
· An analysis of current nutritional intake.
· Discussion of health questionnaire (fulfilled prior to first appointment).
· Collection of any additional information on medical and health history, current health status, symptoms and dietary habits and a discussion of your goals.

 

Education Plan:
· Look at nutritional status and imbalances and how to address your specific nutritional requirements of your child and/or children. 
· Learn why certain foods can be beneficial or harmful to your health.


Healthy Pantry Review:
· In a Healthy Pantry Makeover, you will learn WHAT nutrient dense foods to put in your pantry/fridge, WHERE you should keep them and HOW to read food labels.

WEEK 2

Meal Time Strategies

90 minutes $135 incl. GST

 

Follow Up Review of Week 1

 

Supplementation Review:
· Recommendations on supplementation based on goals.
· Nutritional Assessment to assist in improving health concerns.


Education Plan Continued:
· My aim is to give you the right information to empower you to easily implement change in your nutrition.  
· Discussion of food sources, organic versus non-organic, methods of easily improving nutritional content at meals, etc.


Meal Planning:
· I will provide healthy eating suggestions that will be specific to your assessment and eating habits as well as recommendations for breakfast, lunch, main meals, snacks and beverages.  
· Further discussion of foods to avoid and straightforward meal planning to ease into a new way of eating with minimal stress.

WEEK 3

Troubleshooting & Shopping

60 minutes $95 incl. GST

Implementation and Strategy Revisions


Supermarket Education and Grocery Store Tour 
 ~ or ~ Hands On Cooking Demonstration in your kitchen
· A grocery store tour includes a trip to the store of your choice where we will focus on produce section, bulk foods, prepared foods and packaged foods.  
· Further discussion of food labels/ingredients lists, alongside healthy snack and meal options best suited for you &/or your family for making healthier choices.


A Hands On cooking demonstration includes preparing your choice of healthy recipe/s together with the aim of instilling confidence.
