Perfect Veggie Chips

Who feels like a salty crispy snack?

Instead of a packet of potato chips why try some crispy veggie chips cooked in Brellow. Tonight we're having kumara, carrot, beetroot and broccoli stems. No hydrogenated vegetable oil and full of lovely vitamins and minerals. I added celtic sea salt tonight but why not spice it up with some hot paprika or chilli powder.

Added bonus - perfect for lunchboxes and snacks tomorrow!
