Cauliflower Egg Cups

Looking for a quick and easy dinner that is guaranteed to satisfy? This is my take on the Cauliflower egg cup, made with goats chevre and dehydrated bone broth.

I would normally pop some baby spinach in with the egg before baking..Eggs are well known for their health benefits and versatility, cauliflower on the other hand is one of those under-acknowledged vegetables that are in fact a wonderful source of vitamin C, B vitamins as well as magnesium and other minerals.This is simple, nutritious and also great the next day.

I'll be having one in my lunchbox with a salad tomorrow.
